The TotalExam 3 camera combines excellent HD image quality, intuitive design and versatility to take your telemedicine imagery needs to a new level of high definition imagery. The TotalExam 3 camera has interchangeable attachments and accessories, allowing a wide variety of medical evidence collection applications in fields such as teledermatology, ophthalmology, and family medicine.

The TotalExam 3 camera delivers crisp, clear HD images, using an 8-LED carousel, with white balance and adjustable brightness. TotalExam 3 provides smooth video with 60 frames per second, and the clearest still image using count back freeze frame analysis.

The intuitive ergonomic design includes a pivoting head and instinctive button locations, making it easier to capture hard-to-reach images.

USB 3.0 connectivity makes the TotalExam 3 camera a true plug-and-play general examination camera, compatible with laptops, tablets, and telemedicine stations.

Specifically designed with the clinician and medical professional in mind, the TotalExam Lite is our most feature complete and lightweight video solution for telemedicine, available in both auto-focus and otoscope models.

It includes patented dual-polarization hood and the USB safety cable locking for continuous attachment, as well as in-field diagnostics and a complete list of peripherals including tongue depressor, and polarizing dermatology hood.

ClearSteth is available as a standalone application or as an integrated application in our eNcounter telemedicine software applications. Versatile and secure, users on various networks can access encrypted auscultation connections with the simple press of a button.

ClearSteth is interoperable with the RNK PCP-USB, ThinkLabs One, and 3M Littmann 3200 stethoscopes and delivers clear, crisp sound with filtering capabilities. Throughout your exam, you can control the frequency emphasis on bell or diaphragm ranges on both the sending and receiving sides of the exam.

eNcounter View (eView) is a video conferencing application designed specifically for the needs of the clinical community. Working as a standalone solution or integrated within the GlobalMed eNcounter® platform, eView can be used to connect participants for live stream video conferencing. It enables realtime sharing of medical data including device reports, images, auscultation sounds, and live video streams from connected exam cameras and probes. eNcounter View is supported by Real Time Communications (RTC) technologies that meet federal cybersecurity requirements, allowing users to facilitate secure remote consultations and expand upon GlobalMed’s mission of making healthcare accessible to all.

Small and lightweight, the OTOcam 300 offers crisp full-color images of the inner ear with a direct connection via USB to a computer. Video and still images can be shared with a remote physician during a live video conference.

Well-lit video enables a clinician to acquire crisp full-color patients images to clearly see features in a patients inner ear. Workflow is simplified when using the OTOcam 300 in conjunction with GlobalMed CapSure image automation software to draw and annotate on images. Light-weight design provides for true one-handed operation. USB direct connection eliminates the need to charge a battery. Built-in heating system reduces annoying delays caused by condensation.
