HOANG PHUC THANH provides repair services for damaged medical equipment. We always try to respond quickly to customers when equipment have problems.
We have the following repair policies:
Free repair service
In case the equipment and tools are damaged or defective by the manufacturer but are still within the warranty period, we always try to receive the defective instruments for repair, we can also lend replacement equipment if needed.
Charged repair service
We offer charged repair service for expired instruments or warranty instruments if the defects are from the customer.
Repair fee: depends on the condition, the fee will be reported to the customer before repairing.
